How we rank

Where the data comes from

Listings come from Google Business Profile data and from each business's own website.

How the order works

Businesses are sorted by a rating score that weighs review count as well as the rating. A business with few reviews is pulled toward the average for all plumbers in Georgia, so 4.9 from 400 reviews outranks 5.0 from 2.

On a city page, businesses located in that city come first. Businesses based elsewhere that serve the area follow, labeled "Serves this area".

Rankings are not paid

The ranked list is not paid. Businesses shown as Featured or Sponsored at the top of a page are labeled, and placement there may be part of a business relationship with us.

What we show

Licenses, services, financing and other facts appear only when the business's own website states them. A dash means we didn't find it on the business's website, which includes websites we couldn't read. It doesn't mean the business doesn't offer it.

How often it's refreshed

Listings are refreshed when we run a new data pull. Listing info checked November 2026.

Claim, correct or remove a listing

Each business's page has a link to claim its listing and a link to correct or remove it. We review each request and update the listing.
